1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of jigsawyou.co.uk and the purchase of custom jigsaw puzzles from Jigsaw You. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Jigsaw You is a trading name operated in the United Kingdom. These terms are governed by English law.

2. Products & Services

We offer custom jigsaw puzzles created from images you provide. Our products include:

• Classic Photo Puzzle: Your photo upscaled and printed as a puzzle
• Studio Art Puzzle: Your photo transformed with artistic styles
• Photo Collage Puzzle: Create a collage from multiple photos

All puzzles are 1,000 pieces unless otherwise specified at checkout.

3. Ordering & Payment

• All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe at the time of order
• Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed
• We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion

4. Image Requirements & Content Policy

By uploading an image, you confirm that:

• You own the image or have permission to use it
• The image does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or other rights
• The image does not contain illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
• You consent to the image being processed by our AI systems

We reserve the right to reject any image that violates these requirements. Uploaded images are automatically deleted within 24 hours of order completion.

5. Production & Delivery

• Production Time: 3-5 business days after order confirmation
• Delivery: Standard UK delivery typically takes 5-7 business days
• International: International shipping may take 10-21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

6. Consumer Rights & Cancellation

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online order. However, as our puzzles are custom-made to your specifications:

You may cancel your order before production begins by contacting us at hello@jigsawyou.co.uk. Once AI processing has started, cancellation is not possible.

7. Refunds & Returns

We want you to be happy with your puzzle. We offer refunds or replacements if:

• The product arrives damaged or defective
• The wrong product was delivered
• There is a significant quality issue with the print

To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Issues with the original image quality you provided
• Minor colour variations (due to screen/print differences)

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any images you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to process, transform, and print the image solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We do not use your images for marketing or any other purpose without explicit consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jigsaw You shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your order.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
